1. Identity

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, reservations, agreements and services provided by:

By requesting a quotation, confirming a reservation or using our services, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements and services provided by Thagaste BV, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any deviations are valid only if expressly agreed and confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Quotations

All quotations issued by Thagaste BV are non-binding, unless expressly stated otherwise.

A quotation is based on the information provided by the client. If the requested services or number of participants subsequently changes, Thagaste BV reserves the right to adjust the quotation accordingly.

4. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is only concluded once:

  • the client has confirmed the quotation in writing; or

  • both parties have signed a separate agreement.

Submitting an enquiry via the website or contact form does not in itself constitute a reservation or agreement.

5. Reservations

Reservations are only final once they have been confirmed in writing by Thagaste BV.

Thagaste BV reserves the right to refuse an enquiry or reservation where there are legitimate grounds to do so.

6. Prices

All prices are stated in euros.

Unless otherwise specified, prices are exclusive of VAT.

Additional services, specific requests or changes not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.

7. Invoicing and Payment

Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.

In the event of late payment, statutory interest and collection costs may be charged in accordance with applicable Belgian law.

Thagaste BV reserves the right to suspend further services until outstanding invoices have been paid.

8. Changes

Any changes to a reservation or assignment must be communicated by the client as soon as possible.

Thagaste BV will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee this where scheduling or availability does not permit.

If changes result in additional costs, these will be discussed with the client in advance.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations must always be made in writing.

Where costs have already been incurred or commitments have been made with suppliers, these costs may be charged to the client.

If specific cancellation terms are included in the quotation or agreement, those terms shall take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.

10. Force Majeure

Thagaste BV shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where this is the result of force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, fire, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, government measures, technical failures, disruption of utilities or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Thagaste BV.

In such circumstances, the parties will consult with each other to seek an appropriate solution.

11. Liability

Thagaste BV undertakes to provide its services with due care and professionalism.

The liability of Thagaste BV is limited to direct damage that is the immediate result of a proven contractual breach.

Thagaste BV shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damage;

  • consequential loss;

  • loss of profit;

  • reputational damage;

  • damage caused by third parties;

  • damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Thagaste BV shall in all cases be limited to the value of the relevant agreement.

12. Client Obligations

The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation and performance of the assignment.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

13. Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, logos, designs, concepts and other content on the Thagaste BV website are protected by intellectual property rights.

No part of this website may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Thagaste BV.

14. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Thagaste BV.

15. Complaints

Any complaints regarding our services should preferably be submitted as soon as possible and, in any event, within a reasonable period after the issue has been identified, in writing to info@thagaste.be.

Thagaste BV will carefully review the complaint and seek to find an appropriate solution.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All agreements with Thagaste BV are exclusively governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district in which Thagaste BV has its registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Thagaste BV reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.

The most recent version will always be published on the website and will apply to new quotations and agreements from the date of publication.
